How do I return my item?
14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when they received the item. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org 3 days of receipt of goods. Include your order number and reason for returning as well as the items you want to return.
Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Damaged or defective items if any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received can be refunded. Please email us within 5 days of receipt at email@example.com. Include your order number and reason (Damage) for returning as well as the items you want to return or were damaged.
Unfortunately, no refund can be made for items marked sale on the website, Special order etc. (Personalized Items) or closeout items are not returnable.
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

Approved refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time-period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.
